INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 sweet onion
- 20 medium units of mushrooms
- 160g wild rice
- 1 medium piece of tuna loin
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut the garlic and onion into small pieces and fry them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil
- After a few minutes, add the mushrooms cut into small pieces
- Meanwhile, cut the tuna loin into medium pieces and add them to the sauce
- Add spices, wild rice and sauté for 2-3 minutes (no need to add salt, the tuna will give a salty taste)
- Add 4 cups of water and simmer (if necessary add 2 more cups at the end)
- When the rice is cooked, add the soy sauce and sauté for 1-2 minutes over low heat
- Let stand for about 5 minutes
