  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 20 medium units of mushrooms
  • 160g wild rice
  • 1 medium piece of tuna loin
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Extra virgin olive oil


  1. Cut the garlic and onion into small pieces and fry them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil
  2. After a few minutes, add the mushrooms cut into small pieces
  3. Meanwhile, cut the tuna loin into medium pieces and add them to the sauce
  4. Add spices, wild rice and sauté for 2-3 minutes (no need to add salt, the tuna will give a salty taste)
  5. Add 4 cups of water and simmer (if necessary add 2 more cups at the end)
  6. When the rice is cooked, add the soy sauce and sauté for 1-2 minutes over low heat
  7. Let stand for about 5 minutes
